National Level Physics Olympiads: Rules and Regulations
Welcome to the National Level Physics Olympiads! This competition is designed to challenge and enhance students' knowledge and problem-solving skills in Physics. Participants will compete across multiple stages, with top performers advancing to the final rounds. Please carefully read the following rules and regulations to ensure smooth and successful participation.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to students from 6th to 10th grade.
Separate participation for students of each grade.
Participants should be a registered student of a registered school.
Students should register on our official digital platform (https://prepare.vyasedification.com), so that students can participate in this contest.
How To Participate:
It's a simple three-step flow
Step 1 - You need to register first, on the exam portal https://prepare.vyasedification.com
Step 2 - Then fill out the application form by clicking HERE or the button on this page. In this form, you need to input the unique Username you created on the exam portal and pay registration fees of Rs. 20/- only.
Step 3 - Follow the Participation Flow & Conditions mentioned below.
Participation Flow & Conditions:
There will be two rounds, one online (League round) and the second will be an offline test and interview (Finale). Participants need to go through 2 Rounds to win the exciting prizes.
The syllabus for this complete contest is of NCERT of that class and previous class. For example, if you are a student in the 8th class then questions may be asked from the 6th and 7th as well.
Round 1 - LEAGUE ROUND: Participants are required to appear in the online test. This test will be designed to assess vocabulary, spelling skills and other English skills.
Participants will receive access to the online test paper on our sponsor's exam portal https://prepare.vyasedification.com.
This test will consist of multiple-choice questions, spelling exercises, vocabulary questions etc..
Each test will have a specified time limit.

Round 2 - Offline test, interview & Performance Analysis: Participants are required to appear in an offline test & interview session.
Participants qualifying from the league match's round will be notified via email and need to visit our sponsor's offline centre, VRP - Kota.

With a student maximum of 2 members can come as guardians or parents.
Round 2 procedure on the booked slot day -
Reporting at the exam hall: 9:00 am
An offline test will be conducted: from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm
Lunch break: from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm
Interviews: 02:30 pm onwards
During interviews, judges will monitor and score participants in real-time.

Evaluation Criteria:
Evaluation will be as per rounds, participants who clear round 1 will be called for round 2.
Evaluation will solely depend on the marks obtained in the tests and the interviews.
Prizes and Recognition:
Prizes will be awarded separately for each class
Gold Medal: INR 11,000 cash prize + Trophy + Certificate of Achievement.
Silver Medal: INR 5,100 cash prize + Medal + Certificate of Achievement.
Bronze Medal: INR 2,500 cash prize + Medal + Certificate of Achievement.
All participants will receive an e-certificate of participation.
Everyone will have a chance to win up to 100% scholarship.
General Guidelines:
Participants are expected to ensure a stable internet connection for online rounds to avoid disruptions.
The use of any unauthorized materials, devices, or help during the competition will lead to immediate disqualification.
Participants must adhere to the time limits and guidelines provided during each round.
Participants must give the self-declaration that they have not used any unfair means and if found guilty then their candidature will be dismissed and only they will be liable for this dismissal.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes.
The number of tests in the first round may depend on the grade.
