Book Reading and Critical Appreciation Competition: Rules and Regulations
Eligibility:
Open only to students in Group B (8th to 10th Grade).
Participants should be a registered student of a registered school.
Participants or their parents/guardians must have an active LinkedIn account.
How To Participate:
It's a simple four-step flow in each round
(There will be 1 round only - refer to Participation Flow & Conditions)
Step 1 - Read the pages (section) of the book name provided below in the Participation flow and conditions.
Step 2 - Write a critical appreciation blog and post it on your or your parent's LinkedIn account with our tags and mentions.
Step 3 - Submit the link of your LinkedIn post, by clicking the Submit Your Entry button on this page, then fill out the form, pay the fees and submit the form.
Step 4 - Once shortlisted after the Online Round, be present at our mega offline event for the finale round to win exciting prizes & mega scholarships.

Participation Flow & Conditions:
There will be Two rounds, the first one is an online round
Participants need to qualify first round to win exciting prizes and mega scholarships at offline Round 2.
Round 1: Participants need to read and write a critical appreciation of the book that we suggest and post it as a blog on LinkedIn.
The participants have to write this critical appreciation and post it online through their own or their parents' LinkedIn account.
For this participants need to read the pages of this book, as mentioned below:-

The submission deadline for Round 1 is 08 December 2024.
Post the blog on your own or your parent's LinkedIn account with the required mentions/collaborations and hashtags.
While Posting on LinkedIn:
Mention/collaborate with @Vyas Edification, choose two profiles whose links are given below
Use hashtags #vrpkota, #vyasedification, and #tito above the title of the blog post.
NOTE: It is mandatory to include mentions @Vyas Edification and hashtags #vrpkota, #vyasedification & #tito to ensure their entry is considered.
Language: The participants must use Hindi only as the language to write the critical appreciation.
Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, or any other automated writing assistants, to generate content is strictly prohibited. The blog should reflect the participant's own writing and creativity.
The content should be original and not copied from any existing sources.
Word Limit: For the critical appreciation for Group B: 8th to 10th Grade - 350 to 500 words.
Finale Round 2 (Offline): Finalists will participate in an offline stage Round 2 at the VRP campus, Kota, for the top prizes.

Every participant has a 5-week's time duration to create, post and submit the entry and make their social media post popular for online round.
Offline Blog Writing Competition (Finals) at VRP Campus, Kota
Evaluation Criteria:
Your entries for this competition will be judged on the basis of the following:-

Special consideration will be given to the unique perspectives of the children.
Participation Fee:
A nominal fee of INR 20 is required per entry.
The payment will be processed in continuation with the entry submission form Form.
Please ensure that you have posted the BLOG on LinkedIn as per the contest format before filling out the entry submission form.
Prizes and Recognition:
Gold Medal: INR 11,000 cash prize + Trophy + Certificate of Achievement.
Silver Medal: INR 5,100 cash prize + Medal + Certificate of Achievement.
Bronze Medal: INR 2,100 cash prize + Medal + Certificate of Achievement.
All participants will receive an e-certificate of participation.
Top entries will be featured on our official website and social media pages.
Winners will be announced on our social media platforms, and special prizes will be awarded to outstanding entries.
Submission Guidelines:
Ensure the sponsor’s logo is displayed, all the collaborations are done & all the hashtags are placed in captions.

Include your name, grade, and school details in the form.
General Guidelines
Inappropriate or offensive content will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes.
If a participant submits multiple entries, then only the best entry will be considered from all the submitted entries.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to these rules and regulations and the terms and conditions.
Mere participating in this event doesn't give you any right to claim anything from organizers or sponsors.
Plagiarism or using someone else’s notes will lead to immediate disqualification. Notes must be the participant's own work.
Participants are encouraged to avoid using AI tools or external help for writing their notes. The notes should genuinely reflect the child's comprehension and insights.
